  • After an overnight flight, you likely won’t be able to get to your destination hotel for a while, so go to the airport hotel and ask for a day pass for the gym as it will likely have shower facilities.
  • Packing: Lay 2 – 3 clothing items together and then roll them rather than fold them. This helps reduce wrinkles.
  • Consider buying tickets to attractions online. This will save you from wasting your precious time standing in line.
  • For airline travel, take sanitary wipes and clean your tray table, TV screen, arm and headrests. The stats are insane about the germs on those surfaces.
  • Take your toothbrush on the plane and brush your teeth often – you will feel so much better.
  • Be careful of booking accommodations close to train stations – they can become sketchy at night.
